Intense, action-packed, fast and exciting. These are just a few adjectives to describe the great sport of squash.

At Midstream College we are serious about squash and aim to give our players the opportunity to develop to their full potential. Whether you are a beginner or a provincial player, there is a place for you.

To develop our players and prepare for the league, we have the privilege to work with Centurion Junior Squash. Their highly qualified and capable coaches spend a lot of time with our players to ensure that each player receives maximum coaching time.

The Gauteng North High School league gives Midstream College players the opportunity to play against the top squash schools in the Tshwane region.

In 2019 we had ten provincial players who competed in national tournaments.

Our girls won the Top Schools regional tournament for a second consecutive year and represented Gauteng North at the national tournament in Pietermaritzburg. They competed against the top squash schools in the country and ultimately finished in the sixth position.

We are very proud of Awande Malinga, our number one girl’s player, who was selected for the South African u/16 team which travelled to Malaysia in December.

We would like to welcome anyone who is interested, from beginners to experienced players, to join the squash team. We are convinced that you will enjoy it.
